Social Media in the Corporate Environment
Social Networks and Social Media have seen a huge growth over the past years.
Proof of this growth was the announcement on March 17th 2010 that Facebook surpassed Google as the most visited web site in the US for a sustainable period of time.
Companies need to be increasingly aware that their customers, partners and employees have online social network profiles and share their experiences over blogs, twitters and other social media.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation will be allowed without penalty untill Thu 30 Sept 2010. After this date a charge of 25% of the attendance fee will be made regardless the reason of the cancellation.
